GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The buyer may be either a natural person (individual) or a legal entity, based on the information provided during registration and order placement. A natural person is exclusively a registered user who purchases or uses goods and services for purposes unrelated to their professional or business activity.
By registering, the buyer confirms acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, as published on this page, including any amendments and updates that may be made by the operator. The relationship between CEY d.o.o. and individual consumers is governed by these General Terms and Conditions and the Consumer Protection Act.
For legal entities and individuals engaged in business activities, mutual obligations are regulated by a separate written contract or by accepting the terms during registration. If an order is placed by a legal entity or an individual conducting a business activity (regardless of legal form or ownership structure), the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act apply only where explicitly stated by law.
We reserve the right to reject orders in case of misuse, including automated order placements through software tools.
COMMERCIAL TERMS
- Published prices may change without prior notice. The prices applicable to a purchase are those in effect at the time the order is placed.
- Special offers, sales, and promotions are valid until stock is depleted or until the stated expiry date.
- Prices displayed on affiliated pages are for informational purposes only; they are updated periodically, so please verify prices on our website before making a purchase or request a special offer.
- Unless otherwise stated, all prices are for a single unit (1 piece) and include VAT.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY
Consumers who conclude a distance contract (online purchase) under the Consumer Protection Act have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
- The withdrawal must be clearly communicated via email within 14 days.
- The goods must be returned immediately or no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice.
- The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return notification or as soon as the returned goods are received (or proof of shipment is provided).
If the consumer fails to return the goods within the legal 14-day period despite receiving a refund, the act will be considered theft, and legal action will be taken.
Conditions for Returning Goods
- The returned item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in the same quantity.
- Exceptions apply if the item has been damaged, spoiled, lost, or its quantity has decreased due to circumstances beyond the consumer’s control.
- If the packaging is damaged beyond normal opening, the consumer agrees to be charged for the depreciation of the returned goods. This includes:
- Crushing, tearing, spillage, or other damage caused by negligence or improper handling.
Returns for Businesses and Non-Consumer Purchases
For business buyers (legal entities or individuals engaged in business activities) or non-distance contracts, the right to return goods under consumer protection laws does not apply. Any return requests will be handled individually, considering all relevant reasons and circumstances.
Filing a Complaint or Withdrawal Notification
All complaints or withdrawal requests regarding orders, deliveries, or billing must be submitted via email and must include:
- Full name and contact details (phone number for communication during the complaint process)
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
